By accessing or placing an order with us, you agree to the following terms and conditions. Please read them carefully. 1. General This website is owned and operated by FullPsych. By using our website, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old or have parental/guardian consent. We reserve the right to update, modify, or change these terms without prior notice.
2. Products & Orders We specialize in designer phone covers and accessories. Product images are for illustration; actual colors/designs may vary slightly due to display settings. Orders are confirmed only after successful payment.
3. Pricing & Payments All prices are listed in INR (₹) and are inclusive of applicable taxes. We accept payments via Razorpay (UPI, Cards, Net Banking, Wallets). In case of payment failure but amount deduction, please contact fullpsych101@gmail.com and we will assist.
4. Shipping & Delivery Orders are processed within 2–3 working days. Estimated delivery time is 8-14 working days (depending on location). We are not responsible for delays caused by courier companies or unforeseen events.
5. Returns & Refunds Returns are accepted only for defective/damaged items, reported within 7 days of delivery. Refunds (if applicable) will be issued within 8-14 business days after inspection. No returns/refunds are allowed for wrong model selection, change of mind, or normal wear & tear.
6. Intellectual Property All content, designs, images, and branding on this website are owned by FullPsych. You may not reproduce, copy, or distribute our designs without written permission.
7. Limitation of Liability FullPsych is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of our products or website. Our liability is limited to the value of the product purchased.
